April 9, 2009 CSG recently participated in the 2009 Chicago Flower & Garden Show at Chicago’s Navy Pier. We designed, constructed and installed “Rooftop Garden of the Future,” a contemporary rooftop garden incorporating sustainable design principles.
First-Ever Rooftop Garden Showroom
January 30, 2009 The first-ever Rooftop Garden Showroom is set to open in Chicago in late March, announced Chicago Specialty Gardens President Phil Cleland today. The new showroom will be installed over approximately 1,000 square feet of terrace space at the company’s headquarters in Chicago’s River West neighborhood, and will serve as a demonstration site for the company’s rooftop garden design-and-build work.
Professional Landscape Design Group Honors Chicago Design/Build Firm
June 1, 2006 Chicago Specialty Gardens, Inc. has been recognized by the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD) with a Silver Award for its design and building of a Chicago high-rise terrace garden. The award was part of APLD's 2006 Landscape Design Awards Program.

January 24, 2006 Chicago Specialty Gardens, Inc. received 2006 Excellence in Landscape Gold Awards by the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association (ILCA) for a garden installation in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood and a roof terrace project completed in the city’s River North neighborhood.
