Summer bounty on display.
Big Green Egg situated within picking distance of fruits and veggies.
Comfy shaded nook perfect for summer lazing.
Mounted succulent planters add visual interest to dining area.
The productive roof garden planter boxes we installed for our Lakeview clients hit their peak in July, when strawberries, blueberries, early tomatoes, salad greens, peppers, cucumbers, onions, basil, chives and raspberries share space. One’s imagination is truly the only limitation in this “garden of eatin”!
Bountiful sun, curated soil mixes and micro-irrigation provide an unparalleled growing environment for a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.
With the owner’s Big Green Egg waiting nearby to be pressed into service, you can bet this glorious, colorful feast will soon share a plate with a fillet of grilled fish or steak, or provide a jumble of color and texture in the salad bowl.
And the rooftop isn’t the only place to enjoy a summer luncheon! Step down to the shady rear garden, or repair up to the garage roof deck and lounge under the shade pergola with the overhead fan providing a cooling breeze. Lazy summer days extend late into the afternoon, and the only question on everyone’s mind is:
What’s for dinner?
